Here is a working Ice Cream machine powered by a 1922 Fairbanks Morse Z 1-1/2 HP hit and miss engine. The ice cream freezer is a 6 quart White Mountain from the 50′s with a new stainless steel can. The other freezer components are very clean. Ideal size freezer for family use. The engine uses a battery ignition built with modern components and starts the first time, every time. Overall the engine is in very good condition with the orginal red paint and the patina that comes with 95 years of ageing gracefully. Includes the correct brass oiler for the cylinder, no cracks or other issues. The unit is mounted on a very sturdy 4 wheel cart. The freezer detaches easily to remove ice cream when it is ready. There is a drive clutch and a safety slip clutch to protect the freezer when the ice cream hardens. A fun machine to operate videos at.
