1 1/4 hole diameter. Removed from a 4Hp cushman. Clutch is very stiff. I mounted the outer pulley in a vise, and found a shaft to stick down the center and used the set screws to tighten it down, I was able to get the center section to turn but is very stiff. I believe it should loosen up with some more time and elbow grease. See pictures for the absolute best description! Please keep in mind this is a 100 year old item and is far from new.
