I believe this to be a original 1HP IHC mogul fuel pump. Cast iron Housing with a brass plunger. Plunger is not stuck. I can hear a check ball rattle around when giving the pump a shake. The 2 mounting holes are 1 7/8 apart on centers. The bottom inlet threads look good. This is a untested pump! From what I can tell it would work with little to none work.
