Band is good and is stamped Sumter Electrical Chicago, IL 3-M No. As the base has been replaced – base measures. 2 3/4″ X 2 9/16″. 2 mounting holes that are 2 apart on center – threads appear to be in great shape. Gear has 2 5/8″ diameter and 25 teeth that are 1/2″ wide and spaced 3/16 apart. Please feel free to call me with questions.
