This is a real nice original cast iron crankguard or fender for a 1 1/2 or 1 3/4hp Nelson Bros Jumbo or Sattley hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has one extra small hole which doesn’t affect anything and would be easy to remedy. It has original paint and fine pinstriping on it as can be seen. It mounts with one hole on the bottom end. This is NOT for the earlier Model P engines. Please check your notes to be sure it works for your application. These cast iron crankguards are rather tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they’re so often missing so if you need one here’s your chance! The pictures tell the story.
