This engine was found in northern Michigan many years ago by the man I bought it from. It is mounted on a heavy set of trucks with a nice tongue. This engine is in almost new condition mechanically, the compression is incredible, with zero blow by. The engine is very easy to start even with the super compression by using the intake valve, I can show the next owner how easy this engine is to start. Both flywheels run perfectly true and have no issues. The ignition is by battery and buzz coil (and spark plug), which is a very reliable system. Has a nice working oiler. Another great thing about this engine, is that there are NO cracks, breaks or welds. It is also a rare version in the fact that it has the kerosene burning attachment, which is currently the needle valve that is being used to run the engine. The gas tank is not original but certainly serves the purpose fine. The muffler is also not a Witte muffler, it’s an Economy muffler and looks and works just as good. Has the original nameplate. Pulley is small, but I guess is better than having no pulley at all. With the condition this engine is in, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s putting out more horse power than the 12 that it’s rated.
