This complete unit consists of a 1910 Galloway 7 1/2 H. Hit and Miss Engine which belt drives an 1867 Queen of the South Grist all mounted on a22 foot tandem trailer. There is also storage underneath the trailer for its canopy and polls. This unit has been used at many outdoor events to grind corn into corn meal for corn bread. It is then packaged and given away along with recipe for the corn bread. There is also a 12 H. Auxiliary engine which can drive the belt and grist mill when not wanting to use the hit and miss engine. This unit has always attracted much attention.
