The serial # is 311315. The engine is free and does have compression. I have not tried to start it as the magneto is missing. There is a small repair on the exhaust rocker arm. Other than that there are no cracks or repairs. The gas tank appears to be ok as well. The crankshaft bearings do have some wear from use. The igniter is there and trips as it should. This would make a good project for someone to restore or install a mag and use as it is.
