VintageScale Model United Air Cooled Gas Engine. Circa: mid 1970′s. The engine has 6-inch flywheels and is machined from cast iron, brass and zink. It has compression and good spark. Some play in the main crank bearings, it may need new bushings. The engine is setup to run on propane, now that’s pretty handy at the show! It has a bottle hookup, a low pressure regulator? A pressure gauge and. The lines that run directly into the carb. The whole setup fits into the bottom box- including propane, battery and coil. Note: Battery and propane bottle not included. I have no idea if this setup works, this is how I bought it. This engine was made a long time ago, and looks to have been run a lot. It appears to be complete and in over-all good shape. I don’t see any cracks or damage. It does have faded and chipped paint, with surface rust and blemishes and over-all wear that would be expected with age and use. Please review the pictures carefully, since they are also part of the description. If you have a question please don’t hesitate to ask.
