Removed from a 4HP Cushman model C engine. I assume this carburetor needs completely gone through before being put to use! Throttle shaft is loose. The brass bowl has several dings/hammer marks. There is also a “glob” of what looks to be solder on the piece that the throttle shaft runs through. Please see pictures for the absolute best description.
