This is an original governor side flywheel for a 1 hp International Harvester Mogul gas engine. It is part number 1900T and is in excellent used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It measures about 17 1/8 inches in diameter with a 1 5/8 inch face. The bore and keyway are in great shape and it should be ready to be used without any further attention.
