This is a VERY hard to find original 10hp International Harvester Type M gas engine. It is in as found condition and needs a restoration but it is mostly complete. It is stuck but the inside of the crankcase is nice and greasy. It has the original magneto and ignitor on it. It is sitting on it’s original subbase. There is an old repair on the head like most 10hp M’s have. The fuel pump is broken but the ear is there to be repaired. The engine will need a muffler, gas tank, and breather. The iron is mildly pitted but not very bad and has some original paint in the areas where the grease was the thickest back in the day. This is a throttle governed engine and when running right make very nice music! This should be a pretty straightforward restoration. 10hp M’s don’t come along very often in any condition so don’t miss your chance to round out your M lineup with this one.
