Here is an original bolt on 14 clutch pulley for a IHC FAMOUS, TITAN, MOGUL, or M gas engine. This pulley is in great shape and ready to use. I had a friend of mine tighten it up by making a new shaft for the handle since those are always loose on these clutches. He also made and installed new wooden shoes in it. Take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. This should fit 4hp to 15hp Mogul Side Shaft engines. This should fit 4hp and 6hp IHC Famous, Victor, Titan engine. This should fit 6hp and 10hp IHC M engines. This should fit 4hp and 6hp Titan Side Shaft engines. 14″ diameter, 6-5/8″ wide belt surface. Bolts onto every flywheel spoke. The mounting bolts are about 7-5/8 apart on center from each other. No cracks, breaks or welds that I can see or know of. This is a heavy part, about 130 lbs before the box and packing material.
