This is an extremely hard to find original ignitor for a 6, 8, and 10hp International Harvester Famous or Titan hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in good original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It mounts with two 1/2 inch holes 1 7/8 inches apart on center. This ignitor will fit the 6, 8, and 10hp and possibly other sizes but please measure your engine to be sure it fits your application. It may also fit other engines. The points look to be in usable shape. There is a little wear on the movable shaft and some pitting on the body but with just a little elbow grease this should be able to be put into service. Everything moves as it should and the springs are in great shape, possibly new. These ignitors are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one.
