Here is an reproduction igniter that will fit different sizes of Jacobson side shaft engines. It appears to be built very nice and the action works and feels just as it should. There is no slop or friction. It is very well built but it would also be very easy to polish it up a bit and make it look perfect. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Mounts to the engine with 2 holes 2-1/2 apart on center. The center that goes in the head is about 1.6145 in diameter. Not too tight, not too loose, feels perfect. No Slop or Friction. I don’t know who made it. Appears to be cast iron and steel. Should be ready to use. Thanks for looking at this listing! Here is an original igniter that is for a Headless Fairbanks Morse Z engine. It seems to be in pretty nice shape. The gasket surface looks like someone has been scraping on it or something. It looks really good with a straight edge against it so I’m sure it will seal up just fine. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. 2 Mounting holes 2-5/8 apart on center.
