A great original, early, Ca. Has the optional butter churn pulley, Lunkenheimer Paragon oiler, spark intensifier, & oil can in holder. Still has the original gas tank! New proper muffler, wood base, and battery box. Ran fine the last time, which has been about 4 years ago. This engine has never been left outside, rusty or froze up. International IHC Brass Oiler. Oiler is in good condition and ready to use. No cracks or welds that I can see. 6 1/2 tall tip to tip. 2 1/2″ x 2 1/4″. Very hard part to come by. Here is a nice looking IHC R magneto. It produces a very nice spark and has only a very minimal amount of wear. One of the mounting holes has some threads gone but a bolt will still catch towards the top. It will work as is or would be easy to fix with a helicoil. There is a very tiny crack by the leadout tower that will not hurt anything. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. SPECIAL NOTE: This is a low tension magneto, it is meant to work with an igniter and will not produce at spark that will jump an air gap. It will not work with a spark plug. The spark it produces can be observed by rubbing a wire from the terminal against the case of the mag while turning the shaft. It does have to be timed to the engine. 3/8 shaft for gear mounting. One mounting hole has perfect threads and the other is missing some threads but should still work fine or would be easy to repair. One tiny crack by the leadout that will not hurt anything. Only a very minimal amount of wear. I think this mag is ready to start and run your engine. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. In my opinion this is a great magneto. If you have any questions about how to use it on your engine please ask. Don’t be a clown and tear it all apart and then try to return it when you can’t get it to work. Thanks for looking at this listing! Nice unmolested original 1hp IHC Mogul on original skids. It is barn fresh and untouched for many years. Everything moves as it should but I think the rings are stuck as it has very little compression. It doesn’t seem to be very worn so I’m guessing it’s stuck rings. It has some original paint along with more to be found under the old grease and oil and has the original brass Accurate R magneto. It is missing the insert in the muffler and has an old, well-done braze repair on the cam follower bracket. No other cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. Not many survivors like this left to be found! It can stay here as long as needed as long as it’s paid for. I can be reached at 262 573 1931 if you’d like to talk about it.
