International Harvester 1 hp. Titan/Famous Hopper Cooled Hit/Miss engine (sometimes called the hopper cooled Tom Thumb). It has a low tension igniter and coil system. I operate it with a 12 volt dc battery. It is in excellent condition Excellent condition….. Equipped with an oak truck, oak tool box, fifth wheel operated front axle, 4 cast iron wheels, easily removable truck pulling handle, butter churn gear and pulley, original hand crank, there are no leaks in the gas tank, it also comes with a nice early oiler. This is a highly sought after 1 hp. Engine (not many around), and the engine runs great. The engine is also equipped with a 4 qt. The freezer is attached with three S. Nuts for easy removal when operating the engine alone. I entered this rig in the National Ebby’s Ice Cream Making Contest and took second place country wide. The grand children are all grown up, so I don’t use the freezer anymore. You don’t have to be afraid of this engine, I have displayed it for years at local shows throughout PA.
