Turns over nice, has some compression, comes on wood skids, with magneto as shown, and with two new full engine Gasket Sets, new Needle & Seat, and a new complete Spring package , 9 total, 2 new John Deere decals as pictured. Up for consideration is this nicely restored, John Deere 1 1/2 horsepower Hit and Miss stationary engine. This engine has been completely gone thru. It was bored and sleeved back to standard, new rings, springs, valves, gaskets, oil pan, gas tank, fuel line and laser cut decals. Nice pair of cedar wood skids. The rocker arm has a repair. Block is in great shape and no noticeable cracks or repairs. This engine is ready for the shows. Nice pair of solid oak skids. The rocker arm has a repair. Block is in great shape and no noticeable cracks or repairs. Head has been repaired, but hard to see the repair. Magnet was broken and welded and recharged. Comes with a home manufacture cart. This engine is ready for the shows. Here is a nice 3 hp hit and miss engine! Has excellent compression, great spark and does run. The previous owner put a significant amount of work into this engine. Its comes with the nice cast pulley thats on the engine! There is a small crack in the head and the muffler is broken on the face. The gas tank also has a slow drip leak. Up for sale is a John Deere 3 hp hit and miss engine. It turns over not running missing the base pan and gas tank. It has the mag and ignitor. The fly wheel that is on it has been repair but comes with a good flywheel. I don’t see any cracks in the block or head.
