Model 92 Maytag Multi-Motor 0219612 – 804444 August 1927 to August 1937 313381 326800 Oct 1 to Dec 14 1928 Serial number on this motor #315912 Maytag model 92 Point Gap. 1,050 Maytag Model 92 Multi-Motor, August 1927 Through August 1937 Maytag Introduced The model 92 single cylinder horizontal kick start in August-September 1927 Assembly #3902 It was rated 3/4 h. And is a 2 Cycle design engine with a 2 1/2″ bore and 2″stroke. The Bosch FY-ED4 magneto was standard on the model 92. The model 92 was the first Maytag washer motor to have as part of the engine a kick pedal for starting. The engine was adaptable to each model of washer by changing the fuel tank. The fuel tanks came in three versions, # S-231 for the model 92 and model B washers. I will do all I can within reason to make your purchasing experience a pleasant one. Nice Maytag engine, Runs good. I started it with a drill, as it was to hard to hold it while using the kick starter. It uses a 2 cycle mix, just FYI for the ones that may not know. No cracks that I can see, I took a 15 second video but I have no idea how to include it. Only fill it with a mix, do not use straight gas or it will destroy the engine.
