Stationary engine Little Karl with Hit & Miss regulation Premilled materilal Kit. You need a lathe to complete this kit! Stationary engine with hit and mismatch were used from 1890 to 1940 for a variety of tasks. The design with lying cylinder, open crankshaft and two flywheels was one of the most popular. These engines have been used in many farms to drive threshing machines, pumps, or grain grinders. But also in many craft and industrial engines, these combustion engines have been used in various sizes. Particularly in the American area, the speed control system has been widespread through a misfire control. The open crankshaft and the open rocker arms allow a very good view of the workings in an internal combustion engine. All milled parts have already been processed and must be partially drilled yet. The turning parts are raw and must be finished on a turning lathe. The construction of the engine necessary materials, screws, ball bearings and spring elements are included in the kit. A construction manual with detailed drawings, parts lists and drawings of all parts to be produced is also included. Finished CNC milled milling parts. Raw material for the turned parts. Construction of the Hit & Miss engine requires a lathe, a drilling machine and a gas burner for soldering. Furthermore, the following hand tools still needed (taps M2, M3, M4, UNEF 1/4 x32 Dies M4, M6, M10x1 Reamer 3H7, 5H7 6H7, 8H7) files and a set of drill bits needed. Only one side cutter requires a stripping plier and a soldering iron for wiring the ignition. New Reeja brand Listeroid diesel engine. For sale is a new manufactured copy of the famous Lister CS 6/1 water cooled diesel engine. Just arrived from India last week. This engine is rated at 6 H. At 650 RPM and runs on all grades of Diesel , Kerosene and Bio fuel oils. These engines are a true reproduction of the CS with some minor up dates to main bearings and oiling system. Near total parts interchangeability with the original lister engines. I have rebuilt several original lister engines using new Indian manufactured parts. This being said all parts are readily available. These engine are very economical to run and easy to operate with low noise impact. They are great for running pumps, generators air compressors and other equipment where long hours of trouble free operation is needed. As well as a great learning tool for the up and coming diesel enthuses and just fun to watch run. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I do not answer any questions about import or export.
