Here is a WICO EK high tension magneto. This is a very good looking hot magneto. This mag is probably hotter than 90% of the EK’s I have messed with. The brass case is original and very clean! Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. Very strong magnetism, I recharged it right before I took the pictures. Very Hot Spark, it will jump 3/8. It seems to trip fine. Keep in mind all of the parts for a mag like this can be had as reproductions, they are really easy to work on in my opinion, if it ever needs anything. With that said it should work for many years to come as it is. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. I truly believe this mag is ready to start and run your engine but your engine may have problems that will not let that happen. I have not had most of these mags apart and may not know what the inside looks like. Please do not be a clown and tear it all apart and then complain to me when it doesn’t work anymore. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. If you haven’t caught on this is supposed to be mildly funny but yet serious at the same time. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper you I won’t take it back. This is an original Wico EK magneto for a spark plug fired hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in good original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. Everything seems to be in great shape. The mounting threads are in great shape. The leadout is also in great shape. There is very little wear on the armature shaft or on the roller pin. It puts out a hot, fat, blue spark that is sure to run your engine if it is set up properly. It has the original name tag on it. The case is in great shape with only a few very minor dings. If you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It is ready to go to work on an engine or it would also make a great spare on the shelf. Let the pictures be your guide.
