This is an original cast iron cylinder sleeve for a 1 1/2hp International Harvester Type M gas engine. It is part number 9535-T and has a 3 1/4 bore. I believe this is for the ignitor fired engines but please do you homework to be sure it will work for your application. It is in excellent used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind and the bore is in great shape with very little noticeable wear. After a light hone it should be ready to be used on your engine or put on your shelf for a spare. If you need one for an authentic restoration look no further! The pictures tell the story. This cylinder head and carburetor setup is from a early 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 LA gas engine. Has good 3/4 exhaust threads. Good spark plug threads. Good fuel line threads as well. Valves may need a quick lap job before installing for heat results. Has great original patina overall with no breaks or repairs that I can see. 2 7/8″ x 3 1/8″ 4 bolt hole spacing. I think this would be a excellent addition to your engine! See pictures for the absolute best description.
This is an original cast iron piston and connecting rod assembly for a 1 1/2 or 2hp Hercules or Economy hit and miss gas engine. It may fit other models or sizes so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for the boss for the wrist pin set screw which can be relocated to the other side. The wrist pin bushing needs to be replaced and the rod bearing is missing but is available from several of the hobby suppliers. The piston measures about 3 1/4 inches in diameter and about 4 1/4 inches long. It is about 2 1/8 inches from the top to the center of the 5/8 inch diameter wrist pin hole. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration or to replace your broken or repaired one here’s your chance. The pictures tell the story. It would surely beat making one!
