I have for sale a carburetor specifically from a 3HP Throttle governed Fairbanks Morse Z engine. I believe it’s the same carburetor that some of the 6HP z engines use. Keep in mind this does is not the fuel pump style carb! Bolt hole spacing between the 2 holes is 3 1/4 on centers! Part numbers are a little tricky to read but I believe they say ZBA4A and ZCA4A. Throttle shaft moves freely. The gas line will need some work/replacing to the fuel inlet. See pictures for the absolute best description. Keep in mind this is a used item, it has wear and is almost 100 years old.

Nice clean appearing magneto!! When looking at this magneto with the “flipper facing you” when tripped to the right the mag produces a nice blue spark with a champion A-25 spark plug. Spark plug not included. I do not know what this magneto specifically fits. Would make for a excellent display or even a shelf item. See all pictures for the absolute best description and use your best judgment before purchasing.

Antique Ottawa Hit Miss Engine Webster Magneto Bracket Parts 303K62
antique

This bracket is from a smaller size Ottawa Hit & Miss engine. The 2 mounting holes that hole the bracket to your block measure 2 apart on centers. The magneto mount bolt hole pattern is 2″ x 2″ and would originally had taken a Webster model K magneto. This bracket is incomplete, armature is stuck, and will require some work! The armature shaft nut is missing and the threads will need some work. Please see pictures for the absolute best description. This item is far from working condition. Please research that this is the bracket you need before purchasing.

Antique Nelson Brothers Piston & Connecting Rod 3.5 Hit Miss Engine Parts K6

Piston and rod removed from a hit & Miss Nelson brothers engine, typically tagged as a 1 1/2 or 1 3/4HP I believe. The wrist pin and bushing is very badly worn and sloppy!! It will need replacing or less you like to heat clunking and banging!!!! The rod bearing also appears to have been repaired with what looks to be leather, I imagine for best results a new Babbitt bearing will need poured. I think it is a broken off grease cup fitting In the hole that oils the rod bearing. Piston is 3.5 in diameter. Please see all pictures for the absolute best description and more measurements. I do not see any breaks or welds on the piston or rod. This item is over 100 years old and is not new!!

Antique Manzel Bros Mechanical Lubricator Oiler Dual Feed Hit Miss Steam Engine
antique
Comments Off
I have for sale a older dual feed mechanical ratchet lubricator. This item is untested. I included a few pictures with the “top” removed to try and better the description on what to expect. Sight glass is unbroken, it will most likely need new gaskets though. The crank handle has a slight bend to it. The inspection glass that covers the “drip” tubes is missing. This unit does ratchet and seems to turn like it should. I would bet it wouldn’t need much to be operational. Please see all pictures for the absolute best description and keep in mind this is a well used lubricator that shows it’s age and usage.
