It is in excellent used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has no noticeable wear in the bearing and the crankshaft bearing looks great as well. The gear teeth are very nice with no issues.

This is an extremely hard to find and real nice original main bearing cream separator pulley attachment for an International Harvester Tom Thumb or 1hp Famous/Titan hit and miss gas engine. It is part number G6861 and is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It mounts onto the studs with two holes 2 1/2 inches apart on center. The babbitt bearing is in great shape The gear teeth and pulley are all in great shape. The pulley turns a bit stiffly on the shaft but I’m sure it is just dried grease/oil and would clean up nicely. The entire assembly even has some original red paint on it and would look great on a nice original engine. These original cream separator attahments are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets. Vintage Ottawa Log Saw Tractor Attachment. I’ve been told that parts also work on the Ottawa Hit & Miss Gas Engines but I don’t know. This tractor saw has a flat steel mounting plate, with factory holes to mount flat iron plates to fit your tractor. Has most of the parts including a blade. Blade in photo has a bend, but I have a better blade that is straight. Has the driveshaft knuckle that attaches to the clutch but there’s a broken off piece of a hollow square shaft stuck inside that someone long ago thought might work. Apparently it did not. So it’s missing the inside center steel square shaft and the knuckle that attaches to the tractor PTO. We might be able to find a replacement, need to look. Nothing seems to be moving, so this will take some soaking and probably some heat. Quite likely some disassembly. The wood pittman arm is missing and will need to be replaced. I’m not an expert on these so I don’t know what else might be missing. There is an old weld repair to the piece that drives the pittman (see last photo) but it looks good and I see nothing else obviously damaged. The weld has been painted over, so obviously the saw has been repainted at some point. The handle seen at far right in my first photo is just a steel tube hung on a hook. Probably has something to do with the clutch, not sure. I don’t know if the crank handle shown is part of the saw but it is included. It will need some work. Not included are the wire wheels or any of my other treasures seen in the background. I also attend most of the thresher shows in NW Iowa in the fall if that helps. We have a Fastenal outpost 45 minutes from here. You can pick it up at your nearest Fastenal, but they will need to have a forkligt. That destination was 900 miles from here. Complete, original, Log Saw in good shape. Engine needs connecting rod replaced (included) and mag work (included) to run. No missing teeth on blade. Nice cart and wheels.
