This is a Case governor for an RC or R farm tractor or power unit and possibly others. It may also have other applications so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It is part number “B6114E” and is fresh from an old collector’s estate where it lived in retirement for many years. It seems to be in good, used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It turns nice and smoothly with no hesitation or unknown noises and the drive gear is in great shape. It mounts with two holes 4 1/4 inches apart on center. These original Case governors are fairly tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one for an authentic restoration here’s a very nice one.
