HOT Webster Type L 25 Low Tension Magneto. Webster Type “L” low tension magneto. Flip type mag with 3 bars. Bench tested – HOT with 12v test light. This is a rather hard to find original brass plunger type water pump body for an old marine engine or other type of engine. It is in good, used condition with wear consistent with age but nothing excessive. It needs a plunger as can be seen and the plunger would be around 1 diameter. The body of the pump mounts with two holes about 3 inches apart on center and has 1/4 npt threads in it. I believe this is for a marine engine as the mounting “shelf” is on an angle consistent with the mounting arrangement of many marine engines. If you need one for any reason this one should serve the purpose. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. These original brass water pumps are almost impossible to find in. The wild or even at swap meets so don’t miss your chance one this one. The pictures tell the story. You won’t be disappointed in any way. 8 Brass Pumper Style Oiler. BRASS body with metal handle painted yellow. Glass is in great shape and measures 4 1/4″ OD x 5″ H and is 1/4 thick. Seems to have compression as plunger goes up and down. This is a very nice original and VERY hard to find brass check valve for a steam pump of some kind. I don’t know exactly what engine it is for and may fit several so if you know please educate me. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know or. With the exception of the lower tail nut it is complete with the dome and all of the internals are inside. Although it isn’t marked I think it was made by Buckeye Brass Works as most of these were. It has 1″npt male threads in both places and has “4425 in raised numbers on the body. The body measures about 12 inches tall. It looks to have some original green paint on the body. This is a very nice original example. If you need one for any reason this one should serve the purpose. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. These original brass check valves are almost impossible to find in. The wild or even at swap meets so don’t miss your chance one this one. Removed from a 4HP Cushman model C engine. I assume this carburetor needs completely gone through before being put to use! Throttle shaft is loose. The brass bowl has several dings/hammer marks. There is also a “glob” of what looks to be solder on the piece that the throttle shaft runs through. Please see pictures for the absolute best description.
