This Schebler Brass Carburetor is mounted on a finished oak stand for display. I could not find a model number on the carb but it has Pat Oct 14 02, Dec 5 05 and Nov 5 07. Made in Inopls Ind USA. For your consideration is an original International Harvester, IHC, McCormick Deering 1-1/2hp M Carburetor. This is for the ignitor style engines. This has 2 needle valves and a lever on top for the fuel position of start, Drain and run. Both needles and the fuel valve turn as the should. There is an extra tab included which Im not sure where it goes (Im not an M expert). The starting bowl cap is not original and is made of aluminum. The body casting number is 9624TA. For your consideration is an original International Harvester IHC McCormick Deering M 3hp Carburetor. There appears to be new needle valves which I believe are incorrect for it but not sure. There appears to be a new valve in the housing. There are other numerous new parts on it, the pictures tell the story. The tag attached to it states gas, water, & kerosene, made before 1926. This is for the ignitor type engines. The body housing number is 9724TA. Its painted green, with a brown primer choke plate. Here is a very nice and hard to find carb for a 2-1/2hp to a 3-1/2hp Hercules or Economy hit and miss engine. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. Fits a 2-1/2hp to 3-1/2hp Hercules or Economy hit and miss engines. The brass fitting for the fuel inlet threads aren’t perfect, it might work as is or get a new one at a hardware store.
