Here is an original fuel mixer for a small Associated hit and miss engine. It is probably correct for a Chore Boy or Hired Man or Hand engine. It is in great shape but it will need a needle valve. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it! Mounts with two holes 2-1/8 apart on center. Please check the measurements and pictures to make sure it will work on your engine. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. Here is a carb or fuel mixer that I think is for a small Nelson Bros Little Jumbo. It is in good shape and seems to be ready to use. It appears someone might have ground down the mounting area to make it fit in a smaller hole. It would probably work fine as is or it would be easy to have a machinist true it up and make a bushing to slip over that area. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. I think this is for a small Nelson Bothers engine. It mounts to the engine by slipping into a hole. I think the mounting area has been ground down. It is currently a little uneven and a little tapered It is 1-3/16″ at the base and 1-1/16″ at the top. No, Cracks, Breaks, or Welds that I can see or know of. Most items will go out faster though. This is an extremely hard to find original mixer or carburetor for a 10hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. It is for the later spark plug fired engines. It is in excellent original used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for on of the knobs on a fuel needle. Both fuel needles move as they should. This mixer mounts with two holes 2 13/16 inches apart on center. It has a remade choke plate on the bottom and needs a bowl cover for the top of it. It also needs a plunger for the pump but that’s just a piece of brass rod. It may fit other size engines like the 15hp. Please measure your engine to be sure it fits your application. I can’t ever remember seeing another mixer like this for sale so if you need one for your engine or just for a spare on the shelf here it is. With just some minor work it would be ready to go to work! The pictures tell the story. You won’t be disappointed in any way!
