Overall decent carb, not sure if there are parts missing. The bottom petcock moves fine. Screw cap on the arm attached to the bowl works nicely. Bowl shows some small dings and wear as well as the top elbow piece. Top cover and elbow are not attached, the are loose and I do not have the bolts for them. See my other Schebler parts and carbs I don’t know much about early car parts, if you have questions, I will try to answer best of my ability.
