Circa late 1800s to early 1900s- Pump was a barn find from an old farm estate and is in good overall condition- Flywheel turns smoothly & moves the rod like it should- Did not see any breaks or repairs- Pump is marked with a parts number 27752. Original and just as found- Would look great hooked up and powered by a hit & miss engine for display. Barn find condition with a great patina- Vintage, Used condition. May have minor surface dents, dings, corrosion, soil, and patina. Be sure to scroll through all of the pictures for details and measurements- usually about a dozen photos- zoom in for a closer look. Make your life a little easier, get that engine on wheels and quit dragging it around. Here is a set of cast iron parts that will take a lot of the work and all of the welding out of making a wheelbarrow style cart for your engine. Included are one pair of bolsters with axle mounting hardware, two 8″x2″ five spoke wheels and two handle/support legs. Bolsters are 3 tall and will allow you to make a nice heavy duty cart for engines up to 275 pounds. The only parts needed to complete the cart are common 3/4 pipe for the axle, engine mounting rails, nuts and bolts. Cast iron will give an antique look many prefer over fabricated strap steel and help your engine really stand out at the next show. THIS IS MADE OUT OF GOOD MALLABLE CAST IRON. IT HAS A 2′ OPENING IN THE BACK TO SLIP OVER THE PIPE NIPPLE AND SET SCREW TIGHT. I will be accepting. This is a real nice original McCormick deering(this is marked on the side) engine cart or truck It would work great under most any engine from about 1-3 horsepower. It is in excellent condition as can be seen and rolls very nicely. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It even has some nice original green paint in several spots and would look great under an original engine. IThis has some old thick old on it i was cleaning it and the i ran into the name on the side so i quit washining it so there is some of the old thick oil still left on it. The cart measures 45 long without handle x 20 inches wide 14 inches high the handle 44 inches long thee are cast iron wheels meaure back 12 across and front 8 inches acrosS THIS IS A ALL ORGINAL CART YOU DON’T FIND THESE EVERY DAY COMPLETE. It measures 13″ high by 6″ x 6 1/2 at the base. The engine is free but there is a still spot. The more we tried to run it, the better it ran. Still not completely smooth. Check out the video. Wheels are machine bored, rather than a rough cast cored hole, and then the outer rim of the wheel is machined flat and smooth as opposed to tapered rough cast. Handle mounting brackets clamp onto turning axle making handle mounting and removing easy. Instructions include with set. 8″ diameter by 2″ wide, 1-1/6″ bore for ¾” pipe axle. Steering Bolster – 5″ diameter base, 6-1/2″ wide axle mount saddle, two 7/16″ mounting bolts 3-3/4″ apart. Solid bolsters – 3″ tall, 4-1/2″long mounting base, 1-1/2 thick. 3-1/2″ long, 2″ wide, 1″ thick, ½” x 1 post. Maximum recommended engine weight is 500 pounds.
