I have a rare american railway appliance company, (ARACO) self contained oilwell pump jack. It has been in our family since 1979 when my father brought it from the oil fields of oil city Penn. The photos i found show it without an engine back then, but my father had two upright air cooled ARACOs as well so i do not know why it was never put together with an engine. I have since brought it to NC from WI with hopes of putting a boviaird and seyfang engine on it to display, but the base of the engine is totally different so it is time for some one to enjoy it and hopefully put an engine on it. A very tough item to find as there is only alittle info on the ARACO itself. What you see is what i have. I think a 6 I beam and some weights would make it look complete. There is one lower piece with a crack and a iron repair to make it operational. It would look better to braze the crank and remove the brace for show, but that is for the next person to decide. The engine mount base holes are 6 3/4″ x 13 1/2″ and are threaded. The overall length is 5′ 2″ width is 27 1/2″ and height is 54. Weighs around 1000 lbs. If you give me a zip or the nearest fastenal store i will request a quote based on 1000lbs for you. The item “ARACO oilwell pump jack oilfield, hit miss engine american railway appl company” is in sale since Thursday, August 18, 2016. Reeves Pulley Company Hit & miss Gas engine 3hp. Rare antique motor

Here is a great opportunity to own a pretty rare and desirable engine. 3hp REEVES PULLEY CO, COLUMBUS, IND USA. Hit & miss governed. Good compression, easy starting. Head has an ugly repair. Unique speed control knob. The engine has a lot of original paint left with pinstriping. Someone repainted it at some point in its life. Thats the orange-ish paint seen sporadically over the engine. Should clean up very nicely. Very nice REEVES stencil on the pulley side of the hopper. Has crankguard and pulley. Heres an opportunity to own an engine you don’t see every day. The item “Reeves Pulley Company Hit & miss Gas engine 3hp. Rare antique motor” is in sale since Wednesday, January 06, 2016. This item is in the category “Business & Industrial\Light Equipment & Tools\Stationary Engines\Engines”. The seller is “rich3006″ and is located in Prospect, Pennsylvania.
