ALTHOUGH IT PUMPS AIR – HAS NOT BEEN USED WITH A TANK AND HAVE NO IDEA IF IT WILL FILL A TANK. IT WILL AIR UP TIRES ON A RIDING MOWER OR BICYCLE. DISCHARGE PORT HAS BEEN PLUGGED FOR STORAGE ONLY – WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND SOMTHING ELSE INSTALLED – OIL HAS ALSO BEEN DRAINED. ENGINE AND POP CAN NOT INCLUDED. This engine is NOT running. It is for parts or restoration. I believe it is a 4 hp Domestic Engine on an original Domestic cart with large Domestic cast wheels. It was a Schramm air compressor originally. The hopper even has the original cap on top. Engine is not frozen. The only cracked part is the side of the head (see pic). This can be furnace welded with no problems. Look over pictures, what you see is what you get.
