Upgraded Horizontal Water Cooled Gasoline Hit & Miss Combustion Engine Model

It’s a horizontal gasoline model engine, with water cooling ancient structure. This engine cylinder head design is unique, the valve. Mechanism is installed on the left side. The processing difficulty of side valve structure also increases through the compact side gear drive. Mechanism to control the exhaust shutdown. 90 degree helical gear is used. The flywheel on the left side is equipped with speed limiter connected to a large level in the middle. The unique shape of the engine with wooden base easy to put and operate. Value: a high end metal craft internal combustion engine model and the structure has been upgraded and processed for easy operation. Great gift for friends, for age 13+. Open the bottom plate to check the wiring of the engine, connect the fuel tank pipe, and install the three AA batteries to close the bottom plate. Fill the fuel tank with gasoline (95#). When the fling is completed, make sure there is no air in the oil pipe. Turn, its role can make the mixed gasoline fully enter the cylinder. Turn on the power switch and turn the flywheel to start the engine counterclockwise on the right side of the engine (installation of the flying hammer position). If the ignition device is normal and the cylinder is under normal compression, if the machine still does not start normally, it is very likely that the carburetor needle should be adjusted. Screw the screw on the top of the carburetor, then loosen 1/4 turn, start the flywheel. This can be done several times to make the mixing ratio of gasoline and air. Here is a very hard to find original casting kit for the Coles Power Models tank cooled hit and miss gas engine. It is in excellent condition and ready to be adopted by your model shop. It has 6 flywheels and looks to be complete with all of the castings and gears. I believe these kits were discontinued around 20 years ago so they’re pretty tough to find. I’m pretty sure the prints can be found online or in the model community fairly easily. These are well engineered models that run great when assembled.
