Wico Type EK Magneto. Came off of a running engine has good magnets and spark. It may need points cleaned/adjusted. Has more rare square block trip for cushman engines and others. The armature looks a bit rusty and the piece that swivels below the block trip that holds the spring is a little stiff, needs to be worked/cleaned. Early example of a Sears Roebucks Farm Master engine. Serial #A2323 – A very low serial number, they most likely started at 100 or 1000. Looks to have original paint and possibly wood skids- but no way to know (the hardware looks pretty old). Has compression and turns over fine, everything is free and i’m sure this engine would run fine in the right hands. It will need a little tinkering. Water hopper splash guard is bad, but they can be replaced fairly easily. It will be insured & packaged properly. It is used and very old. It is not going to be in perfect shape. Sears & Roebucks Farm Master 2 HP – you don’t see these too often. This engine runs good and has nice white oak skids, it will need a mag though. I just want to add that this motor has real good compression (recent work done on it) and starts right up with a good mag, needle valve is a little finicky, If you are local and live within 20 miles of Portland I will deliver it.
