This is a rather hard to find original cylinder oiler for a 1 1/2 or 3hp International Harvester Type M engine. It is in good original condition with no cracks or breaks. I put new glass and gaskets in it. It measures about 2 1/8 inches in diameter and about 5 7/8 inches tall overall. It has 3/8 npt threads on it and they are in great shape. It has a vent tube and a check ball in it so it was originally meant to oil the cylinder of a gas engine. It would be a nice way to finish off and IHC Type M engine. These original M oilers are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets. It would even make a great spare on the shelf. The pictures tell the story. Help yourself to a deal here. Here is a cylinder for a 2hp IHC Vertical Famous. The good thing is that there are no cracks, breaks, or welds on the cylinder assembly. The piston is stuck inside and the top is cracked out of it. I think that would be fairly easy to remove with a power hammer or just a big hammer and chisel. There are many of these that have a destroyed water jacked, this is a good option to make your engine nicer!! For questions 419 789 1159. For a 2hp Vertical IHC Famous. Mounting pattern to the engine block is about 4-13/16″ x 4-13/16″. The bore is about 4-3/16″ to 4-1/4″ its a little difficult to measure. Piston broke out and stuck. Will need sleeved before use.
