Here is an original head with valves for a 1-1/2hp John Deere E gas engine. I can’t feel any wear with the valves in their guides. It appears to be in great shape. Please take a look at the pictures and see if you need it. Very nice valves, they fit perfect in their guides. Missing the choke plate, those are very simple and easy to get. No Cracks, Breaks, or Welds. For questions 419 789 1159. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. If you haven’t caught on this is supposed to be mildly funny but yet serious at the same time. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper you I won’t take it back. Nice clean appearing igniter! Has good spring tension! I don’t see why it shouldn’t work with little to no adjustments, however it could definitely be possible springs may need adjusting depending whether you plan to run your engine with a magneto or a battery and coil. I don’t see any breaks or repairs, there is some “holes” air pockets but I believe that’s just a casting flaw. Shouldn’t affect its performance at all. Vintage oversize John Deere hit miss engine piston and rings in excellent condition. I measured this piston and it is. If your John Deere has a pitted or worn out cylinder, you can have the cylinder bored and install this piston. There is no wrist pin or locking bolts. John Deere E108R igniter that should fit 1 1/2, 3 and 6 hp Model E one cylinder hit and miss engine. 2 1/2 mounting pattern. Missing parts and looks like it has been repaired with a brass welding repair. Point shaft seems to turn fine. From my dad’s collection and has been stored for in excess of 20 years possibly as many as 35. I have a huge number of old gas engine items that I hope to be able to list this year.
