For parts or restore. Adjusted knob has a “slight bend” to it. Threads are 1/2 NPT, threads look usable however the part of them are slightly smashed an aren’t as sharp as they once were. Here is a nice original Detroit low tension coil. This is to be used with an old gas engine that has an igniter, it will not work with a spark plug. It produces and excellent spark. This is a very hard to find original brass fuel mixer for a Detroit 2-cycle or other two cycle hit and miss type gas engine. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It has a small amount of solder on it but I think that’s from the factory. The fuel needle moves as it should. It mounts with 1/4 npt male threads and they are in great shape. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. It sounds to have a float in the chamber which may or may not be usable as it is. After checking the usability of the float this mixer is ready to be used on an engine or put in your inventory as a spare. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration or to replace your broken or repaired one here’s your chance.
