KW Ignition Co, belt drive generator mag hit & miss engines and Ford model T’s

Here is a very nice and HEAVY KW Ignition Co. Model F ignition or lighting magneto. It stands 10″ tall, 8 1/2″ at widest and 6 across. It is in very good overall condition with the only real flaw I found is a small rip in the brass cover. It is quite small and will not affect the operation. I have provided a good picture of it. In the research I have done on this mag I have found that they were built between 1904 and 1913. In 1 catalog it stated that this mag was used as a replacement for the battery to power the buzz coils on the Ford model T’s. Please look at all the pictures and decide for yourself what you feel the condition is and weather you really want or need this mag.

Here is a Wizard Type A1 friction magneto. I hooked it up to a 12 volt battery and it spun just as it should. Please check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. SPECIAL NOTE: This is friction type generator. This mag is meant to be used with a coil. It is not meant to be able to start an engine but is meant to take the place of the batteries once the engine is running. It in itself will not produce a spark that will jump an air gap. Mounts with 2 holes about 4-3/4 apart on center. Only very minimal bearing wear. See pics for dimensions. Weighs about 16 lbs before any box or packing materials. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. In my opinion this is a great magneto. If you have any questions about how to use it on your engine please ask. 1/2 NPT Cast Iron Pedestal Belt Drive Water Gear Pump Steam Hit Miss Engine

This is an old cast iron gear pump that would work great to circulate cooling water or oil on a hit and miss gas engine or early tractor. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It has 1/2 npt threads that are in great shape. It stands about 4 1/2 inches tall and is about 8 1/2 inches long. The shaft is 5/8 diameter to fit the pulley of your choice. It has steel or cast iron gears and turns nice and smoothly as it should and should be ready to be used on an engine or put on the shelf awaiting your next project. The pictures tell the story. These gear pumps are extremely hard to find in the wild or even in the collector network so if you need one here is your chance. It will likely be a long time before another one comes along! 3/8 NPT Brass Pedestal Belt Drive Water Gear Pump Steam Hit Miss Engine Motor

This is an old brass gear pump that would work great to circulate cooling water on a hit and miss gas engine. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see other than needing some new packing under the nut. It has 3/8 npt threads that are in great shape. It stands about 4 inches tall and mounts with two holes 1 3/4 inches apart on center. It is about 6 inches long with the drive coupler and the drive shaft is 9/16 diameter to fit the pulley of your choice. It has brass gears and turns nice and smoothly as it should with some bearing wear but should be quite servicable with some new packing. After that attention it should be ready to be used on an engine or put on the shelf awaiting your next project. The pictures tell the story. These water pumps, especially the brass ones, are extremely hard to find in the wild or even in the collector network so if you need one here is your chance. Here is a Hendricks Novelty Co J5X friction magneto. It is in great shape. I hooked it up to a 12 volt battery and it spun just as it should. I think it may be missing a small base to raise it up just a little bit. Please check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. SPECIAL NOTE: This is friction type generator. This mag is meant to be used with a coil. It is not meant to be able to start an engine but is meant to take the place of the batteries once the engine is running. It in itself will not produce a spark that will jump an air gap. The mounting holes are about 2-3/4″ x 2-23/32″ on center, those holes are not threaded. Only a small amount of bearing wear. See pics for dimensions. Weighs about 15 lbs before any box or packing materials. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. In my opinion this is a great magneto.
