Here is an original connecting rod for a 2-1/4 Hercules, Economy, Jeager, or Arco Engine. Take a look at the pictures, check the measurements, and decide if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. 3/4 wrist pin hole. 1-3/8″ crank bearing, that bearing is 1-3/8″ wide. Center to center on the holes its 12. The overall length without the bolts and nuts is about 14-1/8. No Cracks, Breaks, or Welds. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. It is missing a very little piece of sheet metal and screw that holds the finger down. It would be super easy to make that and it will work fine without it because an earlier version of this part didn’t have it. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. Fits a 2hp Sparta Economy hit and miss engine. No Cracks, Breaks, or Welds. About 10-7/8″ x 8-7/16″ and 7-7/8 tall. The mounting patter might be about 5-1/2″ x 5″ but the holes are slotted so it could be a little different. Looks the the mounting surface has been cleaned up in a mill, it may have just been rough cast originally. Weighs 27.5 lbs before any box or packing material. Thanks for looking at this listing! Governor Bracket w/ Spindle for. 2 1/2 hp – 14 hp Hercules / Economy Hit Miss. Governor bracket is in good condition and ready to use. Fits 2 1/2 – 14 HP Hercules / Economy Hit Miss engines. Spindle with gear and weights. Speed changer is loose. 2 hole mounting 2 apart (holes have inserts for reinforcement – see photos). Push rod fits 3/4 square. Nice original cast iron part painted red. No breaks, crack, or welds. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to call me with questions.
