This is an extremely nice original cam gear for a 3hp vertical International Harvester Famous or Titan hit and miss gas engine. It is part number G1010 and measures about 7 inches in diameter and is 3/4 inch thick with 40 teeth. It is complete with the cam and cam nut and goes on a 7/8 inch diameter cam shaft. It is for the thermo syphon tank cooled engines and not the screen cooled engines as there is no eccentric to drive the water pump. It might be able to be converted but I don’t know that so please do your homework if you plan to go that route. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs and the teeth have no noticeable wear. It is ready to go to work on an engine or on the shelf for a spare. These parts are tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so don’t miss your chance on it. The pictures tell the story. You’ll like it. This is an extremely hard to find original ignitor for an International Harvester 1hp Famous or Titan hit and miss gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It mounts with two 11/32 inch holes 2 3/16 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine or consult your parts book to be be sure it fits your application. Everything moves and functions as it should. There is some very minor wear on the movable shaft and trip finger and very little wear on the points. I believe it’s ready to be used on an engine or put on the shelf for a spare. If you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It will likely be a long time before another one turns up! Let the pictures be your guide. You won’t be disappointed in any way. 1 HP IHC Famous hopper cooled engine. No cracks breaks or welds that I know of. This engine is complete. Has a coil, hopper cover, muffler, crank guard, cart and pulley. I ran this engine this weekend at a show, it is show ready in my opinion. It ran for over 5 hours perfectly. Here are two videos of it running. Please note that this is a engine from the early 1900′s. I do not know of any breaks or welds or cracks in it. However, I have not taken the engine to bare metal, so I can only go from looks. It runs good, comes with a coil and brand new battery. This is for pick-up only. If some other way of transportation is sought, please contact me for details. Here is a pretty nice old International Harvester 4hp Famous hit and miss gas engine. It is fresh from an old collection where it lived for many years. It is in good shape for it’s age but does have some common minor issues that Famous engines usually have. It has a repair on the bottom of the head and on the exhaust flange that could be dressed down and look good. There is a braze on the fuel pump link that could also be hidden. There is a hole in the top of the hopper which doesn’t affect anything but is there and needs to be pointed out. The cam gear has some cracks in it (none on the diameter) but is still tight on the cam shaft and has run like this for many years. The engine turns over nicely with great compression and everything seems to move and function as it should. The flywheels run true and the engines runs on gas in the bowl of the mixer. There is very little wear on the gearing or the main bearings. It is an earlier engine with the IHC name cast in the side of the hopper. It has the original belt pulley and serial tag on it. It sits on some nice oak skids that are about the right length to add the seat/battery box correct for the Famous engines. It’s not a perfect engine but could be perfect with just a little elbow grease and a few additions. It would be a fine addition to your hit and miss engine collection or International Harvester Famous lineup. The pictures tell the story. You’ll like it. This is an extremely hard to find original ignitor for a 6, 8, and 10hp International Harvester Famous or Titan hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in good original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It mounts with two 1/2 inch holes 1 7/8 inches apart on center. This ignitor will fit the 6, 8, and 10hp and possibly other sizes but please measure your engine to be sure it fits your application. It may also fit other engines. The points look to be in usable shape. There is a little wear on the movable shaft and some pitting on the body but with just a little elbow grease this should be able to be put into service. Everything moves as it should and the springs are in great shape, possibly new. These ignitors are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. Flip Top Oiler for hit miss gas engine. Oiler is in good condition and ready to use. No breaks, cracks, or welds that I have seen. Commonly used on IHC Famous and Titan engines and many other makes also. Looks like 1/4 threads. Is in excellent condition. Very hard part to come by. If you don’t see a part you need listed, good chance I have it and haven’t gotten around to it yet so just check with me. Like I said I have done this a long time and try to list everything accurately to explain all the good and the bad. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper, I won’t take it back.
