Here is an original head 2hp IHC vertical Famous hit and miss engine. It has been repaired but the repair looks really good. I think it has been brazed but I didn’t take off the primer so I really don’t know for sure. The valves look in and feel good. They will probably need lapped in or possibly the valves and seats may need recut just a little bit. That would take about 10 minutes if you have a valve machine.
