Vintage brass Lunkenheimer steam valve with a Crosby Shipman Engine Company gauge. This was mounted on a nipple and board for Hit & Miss and other Shows. Has a patent date of Aug. Measures about 13 from the bottom of the valve to the top of the gauge. I don’t know anything about the pieces, and or it the parts are all there or not. They have not been tested! New Live Steam Mill Engine with Flyball Governor. Sometimes referred to as a Box Bed Engine. Up for sale is my fifth fully machined and assembled mill steam engine from castings. Included: cross slide, flywheel, eccentric, piston and rings, and all moving parts for the engine. The bore is 3 inches with a 4-inch stroke. The overall length of the engine is 36″, the width 18″ and the height 23. One of the features of this engine is a flyball governor. The flywheel is 15 dia. The complete engine weighs 150 lbs. I estimate the hp at 3-4 depending on boiler pressure. The oiler and valves are included. It runs at 375 rpm wide open.
