Gear looks to be new. There is no play in shaft. Mounting bolt spacing is 2 1/4 on centers. Most of my item are old and I will try to do my best to give an accurate description.

Govenor for hit miss engine. Govenor is in good condition and ready to use. This is a natural gas or steam engine governor. Not sure exactly what all this works on. 3/4 is the size of pipe fittings.
