Please see pictures for the absolute best description. The bottom mount holes measure 3.5 from center to center. The balls are just under 2.5 in diameter. The width of the pulley is 3/4. The diameter of the pulley is 10. Governor shows it’s age and has typical wear for being over 100 years old. The fly balls to “sprint out” and expand. Piece from the one lever is broken/missing. Here is an original governor for an Ohio side shaft engine. It is stuck but should be easy to free up with some heat and gentle tapping. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Mounts to the engine with 2 holes about 1-5/8 apart on center. About 11-1/8 in overall height. Looks Good, Should clean up well. Thanks for looking at this listing!
