Crank Guard for 3HP Fairbanks “Z”. Crank guard is in good condition and ready to use. Fits a 3HP Fairbanks Morse Z. About 5 3/8″ at the base and 4 1/2″ at back of the hopper. Sits inside the base at rear and bolts on the back of hopper toward the front. Its about 17 3/4 measured end to end straight through. Please be sure to review all of the pictures and description. Here is an original steel crank guard for a 6hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. Seems to be in good shape and has original paint. It has a couple small dents and there is some slight cracking around the mounting hole that shouldn’t hurt anything Take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Fits 6hp FM Z engines. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. Crank Guard for 3HP Fairbanks “Z”. Crank guard is in good condition and ready to use. Came off a running engine. About 6 at the base. Sits inside the base at rear and bolts on the back of hopper toward the front. Its about 17 1/4 measured end to end straight through. Mounting screw hole has been broke out. In my opinion, this will not affect the ability to mount the guard. The lip in side the base has been broken off. A small corner remains and should still hold the guard in place. There is a small cut on the side of the guard as shown in the pictures. Please be sure to review all of the pictures and description for the defects on this piece. I apologize for any inconvenience. Here is an original crank guard for a 5hp to 6hp Hercules engine. It will also fit a Economy or Jeager but since they do not typically have crank guards you’d have to drill and tap some holes. It is in great shape. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. 15-5/8 end to end measured straight through. About 6-1/2 wide in the center. The mounting holes on the engine would have to be around 7-3/4″ to 8-1/4″ apart on center. No cracks, breaks, or welds. 12.5 lbs actual weight before box and packing material.
