For your consideration is an original Stover Hopper Funnel for a Hit Miss Stationary Engine. The part number is 43K2S. The edge dimensions of the raised portion that sets in the hopper is about 3-7/8″ x 5-7/8″. The outer is 4-13/16″ x 6-3/4″. It’s missing both of the original cast cross bars, I don’t have them as it didn’t come with them. It’s in original patina. Here is a very nice hopper chimney or cone for a Stover hit and miss engine. I think it will fit several different kinds of them including a CT2. It is in pretty good shape. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. The raised center area is about 4″ x 6″, that would correspond to the hopper opening on the engine. This is a very hard to find original governor detent for a 2 1/2hp Fluted Hopper Aermotor hit and miss gas engine. At least I’m pretty sure that’s what it is for. If it isn’t please educate me! It is about 7 3/4 inches long and pivots with a 1/2 hole. It is in excellent, used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. The roller moves freely with average wear and it should be ready to go to work! It came from the estate of an early engine collector. If yours is broken, missing, or repaired here’s a chance at a very nice one. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. The pictures tell the story. This is an original cylinder/hopper for a 1 1/2 or 1 3/4hp John Lauson Frost King Jr. It has a few extra holes in the hopper and the cylinder is pitted so it needs a sleeve or new bore. There are no cracks, breaks or repairs that I can see or know of. With a little elbow grease this would be a good replacement for a broken or beyond repair cylinder. It could also be a good candidate to make a tank-cooled Frost King Jr engine! Frost King Jr parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration or to replace your broken or repaired one this may be your chance. The pictures tell the story. It would surely beat making one! Here is an original igniter that is for a 2-1/2hp or 5hp Aermotor Fluted Hopper engine. It seems to be in very good shape. It functions just as it should and there is no noticeable amount of wear or play in the moving parts. The springs look a little goofy but they work good, it would be easy to get some springs from another igniter and make them work if you wanted better looking ones.
