Very nice running and small size hit & miss air cooled. Came off a lawn mower! Original crank handle and oil can! This is on a skid and will run all day. Does not come with this engine. THE AGE IS FROM THE 1920′S. THE TAG ON THE ENGINE STATES THE SERIAL NUMBER, AND THAT IT IS A 550 RPM ENGINE, AND ALSO IT IS A 1 1/2 HORSEPOWER. THE BIG WHEELS MOVE EASILY WHEN YOU SPIN THEM. THIS ENGINE HAS A “WICO” MAGNETO. THE ENGINE ALSO HAS A SPARK PLUG. I WAS TOLD THAT THE MAGNETO NEEDS SOME WORK. THE ENGINE OVERALL IS CLEAN, AND HAS GOOD PAINT. I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS ENGINE WILL RUN, OR WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO GET IT RUNNING. THIS ENGINE IS MOUNTED ON A WOODEN FRAME AND IS ALSO ON ROLLERS. MUST WEIGH 200 POUNDS. 8 horsepower Associated Hit & Miss Flywheel Motor not sure of year; 20′s-30′s? Mounted on a drop center Jones & Laughlin, Illinois wagon. The motor runs great; starts good if you’re young; starts hard. Real hard if you’re old. It was completely restored by the old fellow I bought it from a few years ago (he was too old also.). The motor has no issues; no cracks or weld repairs. All original as far as I know. Just had the mag completely rebuilt. The original dynamite box is set up for battery/coil assist for starting (included). Not really needed since mag rebuild. The motor is not really easy to get around.. It’s big and it’s heavy but it sure draws a crowd when displayed. Talk is cheap, the pictures show the cosmetic condition over all – it looks great! If I was younger it would not be for sale.
