This is an extremely hard to find original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a Waterloo or contract hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in good original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It is bracket number 303K8 and mounts with two holes 2 1/8 inches apart on center. The magneto mounts on a 2 inch square pattern so it would take a Webster K or L magneto. Everything moves and functions as it should. The points are in decent shape but could easily be changed if you so choose. There is very little wear on the movable shaft. If you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. This is an extremely hard to find original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for Simplicity hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in good original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for some chips off of the barrel that goes into the engine cylinder. These should be an easy repair. It is bracket number 303K79 and mounts with two holes 3 inches apart on center. This bracket should fit the 6hp and larger Simplicity/Napoleon/Richardson engines but please measure your engine to be sure it fits your application. The magneto mounts on a 2 inch square pattern so it would take a Webster K or L magneto. Everything moves and functions as it should. There is very mild wear on the movable shaft. This is an extremely hard to find original ignitor for a Field Brundage or Sattley hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is part number CC15 and fits nearly all sizes of their engines. It mounts with two 1/2 inch holes 3 inches apart on center. Please consult your parts book or measure your engine to be sure it is correct for your appication. It is in great used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. There is very little noticeable wear on the movable shaft, the trip finger or the points! This is a VERY nice ignitor! If you need an ignitor for your engine because yours is missing, broken, or repaired here’s your chance at a pretty nice one. There’s an awful lot of them missing! The bracket has the number 303M1 part number. The mag is missing the name plate but it is a model M Webster. The ignitor shaft turns free and snaps back easily. All springs are intact and have good tension. I cannot guarantee it will have spark but looks and works as if it should. I don’t see anything else other than the original. There are no cracks that I see and should be a good part to rebuild. This is a pretty nice older restoration 1 1/2hp Economy hit and miss engine. It features an open crankcase with spoked flywheels and has Webster low tension magneto and ignitor ignition. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I’m aware of. It has the original cast iron muffler and what appears to be the original gas tank which is in good shape. It has a belt pulley on it so you can run your small belt driven equipment. The magneto has good spark and with some fresh gas I’m sure it would run although I haven’t tried it. It has excellent compression! It ran a few years ago at local shows. The original serial tag appears to have been misstamped at the factory as a 2 1/2hp engine. I can deliver it for free to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, later this year. It can stay here as long as needed as long as it’s paid for and I will load it for you. The pictures tell the story. If you need an engine for the shows this year here is a pretty decent one. This is a pretty nice older restoration early style 2 1/2hp United hit and miss engine. It has the early style ignitor trip and an open crankcase. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I’m aware of other than the rocker arm which could easily be replaced. The head hasn’t been repaired like most of them. It needs a muffler and a correct gas tank which are both available as reproductions. It is on a homemade cart that makes it easy to move. It has a heavy wooden battery box on it as can be seen. It has excellent compression and should run with some fresh gas and a battery and coil although I haven’t tried it. It ran a few years ago at local shows. The paint on the crankguard needs some attention but I think it’s the wrong color, anyway. I can deliver it for free to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, later this year. It can stay here as long as needed as long as it’s paid for and I will load it for you. The pictures tell the story. It’s a pretty good sized engine for 2 1/2hp.
