Bolsters are cast iron of universal design, adaptable to your application. Fully machined and painted, ready for use. Axle u-bolts and mounting hardware included. Wheels are machine bored, rather than a rough cast cored hole, and then the outer rim of the wheel is machined flat and smooth as opposed to tapered rough cast. Handle mounting brackets clamp onto turning axle making handle mounting and removing easy. Instructions include with set. 8″ diameter by 2″ wide, 1-1/16″ bore for ¾” pipe axle. Steering Bolster – 5″ diameter base, 6-1/2″ wide axle mount saddle, two 7/16″ mounting bolts 3-3/4″ apart. Solid bolsters – 3″ tall, 4-1/2″ long mounting base, 1-1/2 thick. 3-1/2″ long, 2″ wide, 1″ thick, ½” x 1 post. Maximum recommended engine weight is 500 pounds. The only parts needed to complete the cart are common 3/4 pipe for the axles, engine mounting rails, front bolster mounting plate, a handle and nuts and bolts. Throttle governor for hit miss engine. Governor is in good condition and ready to use. 1 1/2 hp Fairbanks Morse Z. Bracket has #’s ZAN37A & ZAA37A On it….. Cam Gear Is Part# ZAA28C On It. Cam gear is 5 1/8 and 48 teeth. Angles teeth on the cam gear. Everything works as it should on the governor. Comes with the linkage that runs up to the carb. It is in original condition so you will probably want to cleans it up or leave as is on a dirty engine. CAST IRON unlike the zinc ones that normally break. No breaks, crack, or welds. This is a real nice original 16 1/2 inch cast iron clutch pulley for a hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind other than a slight chip on one of the wooden shoes that won’t affect anything. It has a 8 1/4 inch face and is 16 1/2inches in diameter. It has a 2 1/2 inch bore to find on the chankshaft and they key is still in it. It cold be bored larger or bushed down to accommodate your application. Everything works as it should and I believe it is ready to go to work on an engine! This style clutch pulley was used on Stover engines and many other engines. These original bigger clutch pulleys are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really set an engine off! They also make it possible to run belt driven implements with your engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance. This one is ready to be put to work on an engine or put into your inventory for a spare. The pictures tell the story. One terminal must have a loose wire because when I took the cover off and put hooked up a battery to the brushes it worked. Probably just needs taken apart and cleaned. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has a 4 inch face and is 4 inches in diameter. It has a 1 3/8 inch bore to fit on the crankshaft of the engine or the driveshaft of the implement. It has a bushing in it that is made to fit on a 3/4 inch shaft but this would be easily removed. It has a setscrew to tighten down on to the shaft. It has some belt dressing on it that comes off easily, as well. These original cast iron pulleys are next to impossible to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really set an engine off! They also make it possible to run belt driven implements with your engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance.
