This is a Novo 3 hp hit and miss engine came out of a local barn early last year. Have never tied to start the engine Engine. The engine is dirty greasy in as found condition. The engine has awesome compression and looks 100% complete. The engine has two flat belt pulleys one small one inside the fly wheel and another larger one out side the wheel. This is a 3 hp Stattley Hit and miss engine. In dirty greasy as found condition engine looks complete except for there is no muffler. We pulled the spark plug to check the mag it has nice hot spark.
